نكتب هذه السياسة بلغة واضحة لأنها وثيقة تُقرأ لا وثيقة تُركَن الخلاصة في سطر: موقعنا لا يتتبّعك، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأحد، وما نجمعه هو ما ترسله لنا بنفسك حين تتواصل معنا

02ما لا نجمعه

نبدأ بهذا لأنه الأهم موقعنا لا يحتوي أي أداة تتبّع أو إعلانات لا Google Analytics، ولا بكسل إعلاني، ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبّع، ولا بصمة متصفّح لا نبني ملفاً عنك، ولا نتتبّعك عبر المواقع، ولا نبيع أو نؤجّر بياناتك لأي جهة

أزلنا عدّاد الزيارات في 24 أكتوبر 2026 كان يرسل عن كل صفحة رقماً مجهولاً إلى جدول خاص بنا على Google — بلا عنوان IP، ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا أي معرّف يميّزك — ولم نضع في مكانه شيئاً، فلا يُرسل عن زيارتك اليوم شيء إلى جدولنا

03ما نجمعه حين تراسلنا

إن ملأت نموذج «ابدأ مشروعك»، فنحن نستلم ما تكتبه أنت فقط:

  • اسمك
  • بريدك الإلكتروني
  • رقم هاتفك
  • وصف مشروعك وأي ملاحظات تضيفها

نستخدم هذه البيانات لغرض واحد: الردّ عليك ومناقشة مشروعك لا نضيفك إلى قوائم تسويقية دون طلبك، ولا نشاركها مع طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية

مسودة على جهازك وحده إن بدأت تعبئة النموذج ولم ترسله، يحفظ متصفحك ما كتبته — اسمك وبريدك ورقم جوالك ووصف مشروعك، وما اخترته في الخطوات — في ذاكرة الموقع على جهازك، حتى لا تفقده إن أُغلقت الصفحة أو انقطعت الشبكة ولا يصل إلينا من هذه المسودة شيء قبل أن ترسل طلبك، ولا تُحفظ موافقتك فيها

وتُمحى من جهازك حين يصلنا تأكيد استلام طلبك، أو بزر «ابدأ من جديد» الذي يظهر حين نُعيد التعبئة، أو بمحو بيانات المواقع من متصفحك وإن لم يرجع التأكيد فهي تبقى لتعيد المحاولة بلا أن تكتب من جديد، وتنتهي صلاحيتها بعد 24 ساعة فتُمحى عند أول فتح للصفحة بعدها

04سجلات الخادم

الموقع مستضاف على Firebase Hosting من Google مثل أي خادم على الإنترنت، تُسجَّل تلقائياً بيانات تقنية عن الطلبات تشمل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفّح ووقت الطلب تُستخدم لأمن الخدمة وتشخيص الأعطال فقط، ولا نربطها بهويتك ولا نحلّلها لأغراض تسويقية

05خدمات خارجية يستدعيها الموقع

الخطوط ومكتبات الحركة في كل صفحاتنا محفوظة على نطاقنا، فلا تطلب الصفحة شيئاً من جهة خارجية حين تفتحها، ويصل عنوان IP الخاص بك إلى جهة واحدة:

  • Firebase Hosting (Google) — يستضيف الموقع، فكل طلب يمرّ عليه وهذا دائم ما دام الموقع هناك، ويشرحه البند 04

وجهة ثانية لا تُستدعى تلقائياً: Google Apps Script هي نقطة استقبال طلباتك، ولا تُطلب إلا لحظة ضغطك زر الإرسال في «ابدأ مشروعك» أو «متجرك»، أو تسجيل بريدك في صفحة «قريباً» فيصلها ما كتبته وعنوان IP الخاص بك

لكلٍّ منهما سياسته الخاصة، ولا نرسل إلى Firebase Hosting أي بيانات شخصية عنك

06أدواتنا الداخلية لإدارة حساباتنا

نشغّل أداة داخلية خاصة بنا لإدارة حسابات AAA Pulse على منصات التواصل ونشر محتوانا عليها هذه الأداة للاستخدام الذاتي فقط، ونوضّح حدودها بدقة:

  • تتصل بحساباتنا نحن وحدها، عبر تفويض رسمي من كل منصة
  • تحفظ رموز الوصول مشفّرة، وتُستخدم حصراً لنشر محتوانا وقراءة إحصاءاته
  • لا تدير حسابات أي طرف آخر، ولا تبيع الوصول إلى الواجهات البرمجية، ولا تعيد بيعه
  • لا تجمع بيانات مستخدمين آخرين ولا تبني منها ملفات

إن علّقت على أحد منشوراتنا على منصة عامة، فقد نرى تعليقك ونردّ عليه داخل الأداة، تماماً كما لو فتحنا التطبيق نفسه لا نحتفظ ببيانات عنك خارج ما تعرضه المنصة أصلاً

07أين تُخزَّن البيانات

أدواتنا الداخلية في البند 06 مستضافة على Google Cloud في الولايات المتحدة (منطقة us-central1) وما ترسله من نماذج الموقع يُحفظ في جدول Google Sheets ضمن حسابنا على Google Workspace، وتصلنا منه نسخة في بريدنا وتُحفظ بياناتك على خوادم Google خارج المملكة، في الولايات المتحدة

08مدة الاحتفاظ

  • رسائل التواصل والمشاريع: نحتفظ بها ما دامت العلاقة قائمة، ثم حتى ثلاث سنوات لأغراض محاسبية ونظامية
  • سجلات الخادم: تُحذف تلقائياً خلال مدة قصيرة وفق إعدادات المزوّد
  • رموز حساباتنا: تُحذف فور فكّ ارتباط الحساب
  • مسودة النموذج على جهازك: تُمحى حين يصلنا تأكيد استلام طلبك، وتنتهي صلاحيتها بعد 24 ساعة، ولا تغادر جهازك

09أمن المعلومات

كل الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS رموز الوصول الحسّاسة مشفّرة وهي ساكنة بمعيار AES-256-GCM الوصول إلى الأنظمة مقصور على من يحتاجه فعلاً ومع ذلك لا يوجد نظام آمن بالمطلق، ولا نستطيع أن نَعِد بما لا يُضمن

10حقوقك

لك أن تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت أرسل طلبك إلى hello@aaapulse.com ونردّ خلال ثلاثين يوماً لا نطلب منك مقابلاً، ولا نعاملك معاملة مختلفة لأنك مارست حقك

هذه الحقوق مكفولة بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، ونمنحها لكل من يراسلنا أياً كان موقعه

11الأطفال

خدماتنا موجّهة للمؤسسات والأفراد البالغين، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون الثامنة عشرة إن علمنا بذلك حذفناها

12تغييرات هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة نغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها في كل مرة، وإن كان التغيير جوهرياً أبلغنا من تواصل معنا سابقاً عبر البريد

01Who we are

AAA Pulse Est. is a company registered in Saudi Arabia, commercial registration 7055188689, based in Riyadh We build brand identities, websites, automation systems and AI agents This policy covers aaapulse.com and our internal tools

02What we do not collect

This comes first because it matters most Our website carries no tracking tools and no advertising No Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking cookies, no browser fingerprinting We do not build a profile on you, we do not track you across sites, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone

We removed our visit counter on 24 October 2026 It used to send one anonymous count per page to our own Google sheet — no IP address, no cookies, no identifier that tells you apart — and we put nothing in its place, so nothing about your visit is sent to our sheet today

03What we collect when you contact us

If you complete our project enquiry form, we receive only what you type:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your project description and any notes you add

We use this for one purpose: to reply to you and discuss your project We do not add you to marketing lists without your request, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing

A draft on your own device If you start filling the form and do not send it, your browser keeps what you typed — your name, email address, phone number and project description, along with the choices you made in the steps — in site storage on your own device, so you do not lose it if the page closes or the network drops None of that draft reaches us before you send your request, and your consent tick is never kept in it

It is erased from your device when a delivery receipt reaches us, when you press the “Start over” button that appears when we refill the form, or when you clear site data in your browser If no receipt comes back, the draft stays so you can try again without typing it all over again, and it expires after 24 hours, erased the next time the page opens

04Server logs

The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting Like any internet server, it automatically logs technical request data including IP address, browser type and timestamp We use this only for security and troubleshooting We do not link it to your identity or analyse it for marketing

05Third-party services our pages call

The typefaces and animation libraries on every page are served from our own domain, so a page requests nothing from a third party when it opens, and your IP address reaches one party only:

  • Firebase Hosting (Google) — hosts the website, so every request passes through it This one is permanent for as long as the site lives there, and section 04 explains it

A second party is never called automatically: Google Apps Script is where your enquiry lands, and it is called only the moment you press send on our enquiry or store form, or register your email on our coming-soon page What you typed and your IP address reach it then

Each has its own privacy policy We send Firebase Hosting no personal data about you

06Our internal tool for managing our own accounts

We run an internal tool that manages AAA Pulse's own social media accounts and publishes our own content to them This tool is first-party only, and its limits are precise:

  • It connects to our own accounts only, through each platform's official authorisation
  • It stores access tokens encrypted, used solely to publish our content and read its analytics
  • It does not manage any third party's accounts, and we do not sell or resell API access
  • It does not collect other users' data or build profiles from it

If you comment on one of our posts on a public platform, we may see and reply to your comment inside the tool, exactly as we would in the platform's own app We retain no data about you beyond what the platform already displays

07Where data is stored

The internal tool in section 06 is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States (region us-central1) What you send through the forms on our site is saved in a Google Sheets spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account, with a copy sent to our email Your data is stored on Google servers outside Saudi Arabia, in the United States

08Retention

  • Enquiries and project correspondence: kept while our relationship is active, then up to three years for accounting and legal purposes
  • Server logs: deleted automatically after a short period set by our provider
  • Tokens for our own accounts: deleted as soon as the account is disconnected
  • The form draft on your device: erased when a delivery receipt reaches us, expires after 24 hours, and never leaves your device

09Security

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS Sensitive access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM System access is limited to those who need it No system is perfectly secure, and we will not promise what cannot be guaranteed

10Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, or withdraw your consent at any time Email hello@aaapulse.com and we will respond within thirty days We charge nothing, and we will not treat you differently for exercising a right

These rights are granted under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, and we extend them to everyone who contacts us, wherever they are

11Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 If we learn that we have, we delete it

12Changes to this policy

We may update this page We change the "last updated" date each time, and for material changes we notify people who have previously contacted us by email
